Warm & Dry Pattern Settles Across The Region:

Good Morning from KRBC Meteorologist Chris Whited...

* A cold front will move through the area today but will stall out across the Heartland and the Concho Valley. South of the front there could be an isolated thunderstorm across the Heartland but otherwise the rest of the area will see plenty of sunshine and warm, dry weather. We settle into a warm and dry weather pattern across West Central Texas for the rest of the week and into the weekend. Partly cloudy each day with highs in the lower 90s and overnight lows into the upper 60s.

* Next Week: Highs in the upper 80s and lower 90s under a partly cloudy sky each day. Model data this morning is hinting at some rain chances on Tuesday but a very small chance. Otherwise the forecast looks nice for next week.

Warmer & Dryer Weather: We settle into a quiet weather pattern for the region for the late part of the week, over the weekend and into the early part of next week.
* Drought Information: West Central Texas remains well above normal on rainfall this year so no drought issues here locally at the present time. The data is updated by the government every Thursday morning around 7:30 AM local time.
