Good morning and happy Friday!
Showers and thunderstorms moved through the Big Country late last night and early this morning. We did not see too much in the way of severe weather but we did experience some heavy rain and wind.
This morning, the storms are quickly moving east, out of the area and clearing has already begun to the west.
This afternoon will be warm and very windy with highs reaching the upper 70s. Winds will be strong out of the WSW 15-25 mph with gusts reaching 35 or greater at times.
Conditions will be pleasant for the weekend! Expect lots of sunshine and warm temperatures.
