Nice Weekend Ahead:

Good Morning from KRBC Meteorologist Chris Whited...

* Mostly sunny and nice to end the week today with temperatures warming back into the upper 60s. Expect a breezy day with a northwest wind between 10 and 20 miles per hour. Mostly clear tonight with lows in the middle to upper 30s. Nice over the weekend with highs in the upper 60s on Saturday under a mostly sunny sky. Expect temperatures back in the 70s on Sunday with a return of cloud cover.

* Next Week: Rain increase on Monday with a chance for showers and thunderstorms as the next system and cold front work into the area. Rain chances still around on Tuesday before coming to an end. The best rain chances the will be over the western half of the viewing area, based on forecast model runs this morning. Temperatures a bit cooler with highs in the middle 50s on Monday but warming back into the middle 60s on Tuesday. Lows in the low 40s. Mostly sunny and quiet weather for the middle of next week.

* Time Change: Don't forget we all have to "spring forward" one hour early Sunday morning at 2:00 AM. It's time once again for us to go back into Daylight Saving Time. Also don't forget to change out the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. It's also a good idea to change the batteries in your NOAA All-Hazards Radio!
