Warmer But Humid Today:

Good Morning from KRBC Meteorologist Chris Whited...

* Warm and humid this morning with low clouds developing across the area. We'll be mostly cloudy for a while and then become partly cloudy by late morning. We could still see an isolated shower or thunderstorm today with the tropical air mass over the Big Country leftover from Hermine. Highs today warmer into the lower 90s. Lows tonight into the lower to middle 70s. Partly cloudy on Friday, still can't rule out a stray shower or storm, highs in the lower to middle 90s.

* Weekend: Partly cloudy this weekend with highs in the middle 90s and lows in the lower to middle 70s. The models have hinted at isolated thunderstorms on Saturday and Sunday the last few days so I've decided to add a 20 percent chance in my forecast package this morning. The West Texas Fair and Rodeo kicks off this weekend and hopefully we can dodge the isolated rain chance and start the weekend on a dry note.

* Next Week: Partly cloudy and warm with highs in the lower 90s and overnight lows in the lower 70s. The models are showing a dry forecast for next week for now.
