Warm & Muggy Weather This Weekend:

Good Morning from KRBC Meteorologist Chris Whited...

* Thunderstorm activity from overnight is decreasing in coverage this morning. We'll start out mostly cloudy and a tad cooler in the 60s to start the day. As we head into midday and the afternoon expect a partly cloudy sky. I can't rule out an isolated shower or storm but the best chance of storms will be to our south and closer to a better moisture influx. Expect highs today into the lower 90s across West Central Texas. Partly cloudy tonight with lows around 70.

* The Weekend: More warm and muggy weather ahead for the Big Country, the Northern Heartland and the Northern Concho Valley under a mostly sunny to partly cloudy sky. Highs remain in the lower 90s with overnight lows in the upper 60s to lower 70s. The muggy feel will remain into the weekend across West Central Texas.

* Next Week: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy each day with highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s and overnight lows into the upper 60s to lower 70s. Models are hinting at a rain chances toward Wednesday and Thursday of next week. It'll remain a bit muggy into next week.
