YOU'RE GETTING WARMER !!

FROM KRBC CHIEF METEOROLOGIST RANDY TURNER ...

THE WEATHER IS GOING TO BE WARM OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS ACROSS THE KRBC VIEWING AREA. WE SHOULD CLIMB INTO THE UPPER 70'S, IF NOT A FEW LOW 80'S ON WEDNESDAY, FOLLOWED BY THE MID 80'S ON THURSDAY AND THE UPPER 80'S ON FRIDAY. ALONG WITH THE WARM WEATHER COMES AN INCREASED FIRE DANGER ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS OUR DRY SOUTHWEST WIND INCREASES. A COLD FRONT ON FRIDAY NIGHT WILL LOWER TEMPERATURES BACK TO THE UPPER 60'S FOR THE WEEKEND. AS FOR RAIN - THIS AFTERNOON SOME LIGHT SHOWERS FORMED IN A SMALL DISTURBANCE DOWN BY SAN ANGELO BUT THEY ARE WEAK AND SHORT LIVED - BUT A SLIGHT CHANCE IN THE FORECAST FOR THIS COMING SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY WITH MONDAY BEING AROUND A 30% CHANCE. WARM AND WINDY IS THE WEATHER STORY FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK.
