Have the A/C Ready !

FROM KRBC CHIEF METEOROLOGIST RANDY TURNER ..

HELLO, THANKS FOR STOPPING BY OUR BLOG. THE HEADLINE SAYS IT ALL - WARM WEATHER IS HERE TO STAY THROUGH THURSDAY BEFORE SLIGHTLY COOLER AIR ARRIVES FOR FRIDAY AND THE WEEKEND.

WE ENJOYED WARM TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON BUT FEW OF US PROBABLY ENJOYED THE GUSTY WIND. NOT QUITE AS MUCH WIND TOMORROW, ALTHOUGH IT WILL BE BREEZY, AND WARMER TEMPERATURES TOO.

I HAVEN'T MADE ANY SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO THE FORECAST - HOLDING STEADY WITH MID 80'S ON WEDNESDAY AND UPPER 80'S ON THURSDAY. WE'LL DROP BACK TO BETWEEN 70 AND 75 THIS WEEKEND. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR RAIN IS NOW IN THE FORECAST FOR SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY IN ASSOCIATION WITH A COLD FRONT WHICH LOOKS DESTINED FOR OUR AREA DURING THE DAY MONDAY.

WHAT YOU WILL NOTICE OVER THE NEXT FEW MORNINGS IS THE ABUNDANCE OF LOW LEVEL MOISTURE - WE'LL LIKELY SEE THOSE LOW CLOUDS COMING UP FROM THE SOUTH TO BEGIN OUR DAY - AND THAT'S ESPECIALLY THE CASE THIS WEEKEND.

THE ADDITIONAL MOISTURE AT NIGHT AND OCCASIONAL GUSTY WIND WILL COMBINE TO KEEP OUR OVERNIGHT LOWS ON THE MILD SIDE.

ENJOY THE WARMTH!!
