Even Hotter Thursday and Friday !!

From KRBC Chief Meteorologist Randy Turner ....

High pressure is on the move from New Mexico to the east. As it moves over the Texas Panhandle on Thursday, it will bring us our hottest temperatures of the week, low 100's expected.

By Friday, the high pressure heat-maker moves to near western Tennessee, still bringing hot air to the Lone Star State and, in particular, our area.

With the high east of us by Saturday, and with a lot of luck, a weak upper level disturbance will move from southeast to northwest by late Saturday into Sunday. This may be good for a few spotty showers during the afternoon heat.

Temperatures won't be quite as hot over the weekend, closer to normal which is 95 this time of year.

We should also see a few more clouds around this weekend and early next week.

The spotty showers are in the forecast Sunday and Monday.
