Another Quiet Weather Week Ahead:

Good Morning from KRBC Meteorologist Chris Whited...

* We dodge the thunderstorm threat last night as the majority of the storms stayed to our north across Texoma and never really moved down into the area. We did see a few isolated storms south of I-20 last night and one strong storm that moved through Knox County. Otherwise it was a quiet night for the area.

* Partly cloudy today and a few degrees cooler across the Big Country, the Northern Heartland and the Northern Concho Valley with highs ranging from the low to mid 80s. There is a very small chance of an isolated thunderstorm across the Heartland as a weak front continues to drift through the area today. I've only added a 10-percent chance of a storm for Coleman, Brown and Comanche County for today. Mostly clear tonight with lows tonight in the lower to upper 50s.

* The Week Ahead: The weather patter is looking very quiet for the week ahead. Expect a mostly sunny sky for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with highs a bit cooler into the upper 70s and low 80s. Overnight lows will drop into the lower 50s with some upper 40s in spots. Looks like we'll see some clouds return by the upcoming weekend with temperatures a bit warmer back into the lower and middle 80s.
