Cooler Temperatures & Rain On The Way...

Good Friday evening from KRBC meteorologist Stephanie Malone...

A mild night tonight with a low of 65, partly cloudy skies, and winds from the SSE at 10 to 15 miles per hour. For tomorrow we'll see a high of 84 degrees with a slight chance for rain in the western counties. It will be a bit breezy with winds from the SSE at 10 to 15 miles per hour gusting to 25 miles per hour.

There will be an upper level low pressure system heading towards west central Texas from the northwest US. We'll have a slight chance for showers Sunday and Monday, and then a cold front will drag through the area, giving us a 40% coverage with some locally heavy rain. The chance for rain continues through next Friday. Also, temperatures will be in the low to mid 70's Tuesday through Friday after the cold front comes through the area.

Everyone have a great weekend from the KRBC weather lab!
