Monday Update

Good Morning from Morning Meteorologist Kristen Connolly...

We have seen a mostly clear overnight with temperatures staying mild in the 60's, however with the breeze it feels a bit cool and a light jacket will be needed on your morning commute. Today we will begin to see the devolvement of an active week. Warm, windy conditions and Partly Cloudy skies will push the temperatures into the upper 70's. A stray shower/thunderstorm could be possible especially into the overnight where we will see Mostly Cloudy skies and temperatures in the lower 60's.

Tomorrow we will begin to increase the rain chances. A few weak disturbances will be thrown our way with them getting stronger towards the Wednesday-Saturday time frame. This will be because an upper level storm system that will be approaching from the west. Along with that a dry line and cold front will make its way into the Big Country. We will be keeping an eye on all this activity as there is the potential for heavy showers and strong storms. Temperatures for the week will stay in the lower 70's with overnights in the lower 60's.

Have a great week!
