Slightly Cooler Weather Today:

Good Morning from KRBC Meteorologist Chris Whited...

*** Dense Fog Advisory in effect for the eastern counties of the Big Country through the mid-morning hours. ***

* Patchy fog this morning mostly over the eastern counties of the Big Country. A weak cold front has shifted through the area overnight and has shift our winds to the north. Expect a partly cloudy day with highs climbing into the upper 50s. Partly cloudy and cool tonight with lows in the middle 30s. Winds will switch to the south and southwest on Wednesday warming us up quickly into the middle and upper 60s under a partly cloudy sky. We'll drop down into the lower 30s Wednesday night with increasing clouds late and areas of patchy fog developing.


* Late Week: A strong cold front will move into the region by Thursday bringing cooler weather for West Central Texas. There is a slight chance for rain (mostly just drizzle) on Thursday under a mostly cloudy sky. Highs on Thursday will be in the upper 30s and lower 40s with lows Thursday night into the upper 10s and lower 20s. A little warmer but still cool on Friday with highs in the upper 40s and lower 50s and lows dropping into the middle 20s for Friday night. Mostly sunny conditions expected for Friday.

* Weekend: Quiet weather over the weekend under a mostly sunny to partly cloudy sky. Temperatures will warm into the middle and upper 50s both Saturday and Sunday with lows in the lower to middle 30s for Saturday night and Sunday night. No rain chances are expected.
