A Windy Afternoon...

Good Friday evening from KRBC meteorologist Stephanie Malone...

After a cold front pushed through the afternoon, temperatures dropped into the 60's and winds strengthened from the north up to 25 miles per hour.

Gusty winds will continue through tonight with gusts up to 25 miles per hour, and temperatures dropping down to 35 degrees. For your Saturday, cool temperatures, only getting up to 59 degrees with a northwesterly wind at 5 to 15 miles per hour.

Saturday night will be particularly cold, reaching the freezing mark in some areas, but climbing back into the upper 60's by Sunday. Mild temperatures continue until Monday night when a cold front pushes through and bumps highs back down into the lower 60's for a day, and then a 3rd cold front will push through Wednesday night, getting up to 60 on Thursday and down to 58 degrees for the high on Friday. Clear to mostly clear skies throughout the 7 day forecast.

From the KRBC weather lab, everyone have a great weekend!
