Freeze Warning In Effect Tonight/Tuesday Morning:


From the KRBC Weather Lab:

* The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Freeze Warning for Taylor, Coleman, Brown, Fisher, Nolan, Haskell, Coke, Runnels, Callahan, Throckmorton, Shackelford and Jones County for Monday night and into the morning hours on Tuesday.

* The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a Freeze Warning for Stephens, Eastland and Comanche County for Monday night and into the morning hours on Tuesday.

* The National Weather Service in Midland has issued a Freeze Warning for Mitchell & Scurry County for Monday night and into the morning hours on Tuesday morning.

* The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Freeze Watch for Stonewall County for Monday night and into the morning hours on Tuesday.

* The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Freeze Watch for Knox County for Monday night and into the morning hours on Tuesday.

* A Freeze Warning is issued during the growing season when surface temperatures are expected to drop below freezing over a large area for an extended period of time, regardless whether or not frost develops. A Freeze Watch is issued when sub-freezing temperatures are possible. These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation
