Typical July Weather is Here Awhile

FROM KRBC CHIEF METEOROLOGIST RANDY TURNER ..

THE WEATHER SETTLES IN TO A TYPICAL DRY AND HOT PATTERN OVER THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS. RAIN CHANCES REMAIN VERY SLIM - PRIMARY WEATHER FEATURE IS THE HEAT AND A FAIR AMOUNT OF HUMIDITY. REMEMBER THE HEAT SAFETY TIPS - DRINK PLENTY OF WATER - MAKE SURE YOUR PETS HAVE AMPLE WATER - DON'T OVERDO IT IN THE HEAT - LIMIT MOST OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES TO THE MORNING HOURS IF POSSIBLE.

TONIGHT: PARTLY CLOUDY, ISOLATED SHOWERS WESTERN COUNTIES. LOW NEAR 73. SOUTH WIND 5 TO 10.

FRIDAY THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK: PARTLY CLOUDY DAILY WITH HIGHS IN THE MIDDLE 90'S AND LOWS IN THE LOW 70'S.
