More Heat

FROM KRBC CHIEF METEOROLOGIST RANDY TURNER ...

NO MAJOR CHANGES TO MY FORECAST AS TRIPLE DIGIT HEAT IS LIKELY TUESDAY AND AGAIN WEDNESDAY. THE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE CAUSING THE HEAT SHOULD BEND, BUT NOT BREAK, LATER THIS WEEK AS A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH FROM THE NORTHWEST PUTS A LITTLE PRESSURE ON THE HIGH BUT WON'T TOTALLY MOVE IT. THE END RESULT IS SLIGHTLY COOLER TEMPERATURES THURSDAY INTO THE WEEKEND, BUT NOT MUCH COOLER. STILL NO RAIN EXPECTED.

MONDAY NIGHT: CLEAR AND WARM, MID 70'S. SOUTH WIND 10 TO 20.
TUESDAY: SUNNY AND HOT, 100, SOUTH WIND 15 TO 25.
TUESDAY NIGHT: CLEAR AND 75.
WEDNESDAY: SUNNY, 100-102, GUSTY SOUTH WIND.
