Expect a few thunderstorms each afternoon and evening, usually ending by sunset or a little after. This trend will last through early next week.
A few storms may briefly become strong with high wind, dangerous lightning and brief heavy downpours.
Temperatures will range from the low 70's in the morning to mid 90's in the afternoon through the early part of next week.
We're also watching the tropics. While Texas isn't expected to be affected, Florida and the East Coast of the U.S. may be dealing with a hurricane around August 23rd.
