The Wind That Won't Go Away

I'm afraid we aren't finished with the gusty wind. It will be back Wednesday, only from a different direction, from the south. Then, Wednesday night yet another dry cold front marches through, shifts the wind to the north and gusty conditions will prevail Thursday. By Friday, we should see another shift in the wind, back to the south which will warm temperatures in time for the weekend. Expect pleasant weather this weekend. For now, I'm leaving the forecast dry but monitoring a storm system which will affect us by the early part of next week. I'm afraid it will produce rain to the east of us and not benefit our area.

No outdoor burning please as winds continue to be gusty. Humidity will be extremely low which is perfect grass fire conditions. Be safe.
